September rain

Hi everybody.... actually, perhaps everybody is not appropriate here since im sure most people have stopped checking my page due to the fact that it hasnt changed for the last three months. I apologise to... you, if *you* are indeed still visiting this page. And if you are, I am glad to see you here. But i am afraid i have no exciting news, nor exciting photos of travels and adventures, and certainly no jungle anecdotes for your amusement. But wait! I still want to tell you how i am... well, alright perhaps you have better things to do. I certainly should be working on something, perhaps the third chapter of my PhD.
Perhaps these three months of non-blogging are a testament to the fact that i have been working (on my thesis, in case you were wondering). And that this small moment of contact is just a little break so that *you* dont think i am neglecting my blog, or my life for that matter.
So, my life. Events... in the last three months.....
Oh yes. I turned 30. Milestone 12a. A new decade dawns in front of me. Am i happy, worried, pensive, prepared, unhinged or excited? a little in awe maybe, the last ten years have been great, and i can live the next ten years with the experiences of my twenties to carry me forward. Expectations? Nothing big, just life, happiness and everything....
